FitLine Activize Oxyplus In-Depth Review

Purpose

FitLine® Activize Oxyplus energizes your body and improves mental focus. It stimulates, invigorates, refreshes and delivers important nutrients at the same time.

The idea behind the product is to oxidize your cells in the most efficient way, so that you could feel your energy levels rising instantly. It also makes sure you don’t get the usual energy burn-out or drop-off that happens when you rely on coffee or energy drinks.

You get an immediate energy boost that doesn’t dissipate so quickly and stays with you throughout the day.

Allows you to perform better no matter what you are doing – playing football or solving complicated math problems. Because it’s not only your muscles that benefit from the increased oxygen levels in cells, your brain appreciates it also, making focus and clarity your new normal state of mind.

Ingredients

Nutritional value

Here is the nutritional value and ingredient values per daily recommended amount (5g – 3 portions). As you would expect everything is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved. No harmful preservatives or additives.

Scientific test of effectiveness

Scientific studies often detect a nutrient deficiency in performance athletes. However, leisure athletes are often more affected than top performance athletes as their body is less well adapted to the high demands (e.g. losses through perspiration).

Thus, a placebo-controlled double-blind study including these two groups was conducted. 20 leisure and elite athletes were randomly divided into 2 groups. The first group was given a teaspoon of FitLine Activize Oxyplus 3 times a day for 7 days, then a break of 3 days and placebo for the following 7 days. The second group was given a placebo for 7 days, then a break of 3 days and FitLine Activize Oxyplus 3 times a day for the following 7 days. The participants were not told what drinks were given on a given day.

The results showed that more oxygen is available to the body for both groups (with maximum oxygen intake capacity increased by 10%) and better performance with running speed increased on average by 28%!

Usage

Package size: 175g

Take 1-3 leveled scoops (comes with every package) and mix in a glass of water. If you drink it 2-3 times a day it last for a month.

Recommended daily amount is 5g of the powder – 1.67g per portion if you drink it 3 times a day. Ideal in the morning or anytime you need a boost of energy – before a workout, important meeting or focus intensive work.

Safety, side effects and criticism

Because one of the ingredients is caffeine (30 mg in a recommended daily amount (5g of the powder)) FitLine® Activize Oxyplus is not recommended for children or pregnant women. However, it’s possible to substitute it with PowerCocktail Junior.

It’s completely normal to experience flushing in some areas of your body. It’s a harmless reaction your body has to have its blood flow boosted. If you experience this side-effect often, lower the amount of powder you mix in one glass.

Other than that the product completely safe. It’s doping-free and is used by professional athletes all across the world.

The only criticism of Activize Oxyplus is actually not about the product itself. It’s about a carbonated, filled-in-a-can version of it – a premade energy drink. It contains more sugars and artificial sweeteners. So it’s not as healthy as the one you get in powder form. The powdered form does have a little bit of sugar, but it comes from Stevia and actually helps with the absorption of nutrients.

My personal opinion

This is one of those products you can feel right away. With something like Restorate or Basics you have to be patients and feel the benefits over time. But with Activize Oxyplus it’s like a pleasant lightning shock to your system the moment you drink it.

It shakes you up and wakes you up. Cheers up your spirit. And the smooth black currant taste makes you savor the flavor. So I love it. For me, the huge concentration increase is something irreplaceable.
