Usage

Package size: 200g

Take 1 leveled scoop (comes with every Fitline Restorate) dissolved in 200 to 250 ml of water and drink it before going to sleep.

Use of this product at a daily basis and, if applicable, after physical exercise to improve post-exercise recovery of the body.

My personal opinion

There are two choices for flavor. Haven’t tried the exoticflavor, so I can say anything about it, but the citrus flavor is really good. It tastes just the way good minerals should taste. Delicious.

If you do a lot of physical activities you’ll feel the effect in first 3 days. Otherwise it will probably take at least a week for you to really start to see a difference in your sleep and feeling throughout the day.
